Safety & Quality Matters at VTS

At VTS, we believe that safety starts with knowing what you’re doing.

We care about the highest level of safety for our own team members, as well as the general safety of the public.  We send our climbers to a third-party instruction program, train in our own tower facility and make sure they are well-prepared in advance of any project.

Each employee is tested and trained at pre-hire and at specified intervals to assure compliance to our Safety and Health program. Our rigorous safety training program, certifying all on-site personnel includes the following:

• OSHA 30
• Tech Safety Lines Competent
• Climber/Authorized Rescuer Training
• First Aid/CPR Training
• RF Awareness

To ensure excellent quality of service and products, VTS has developed a Quality Assurance Program. Our goal and intention is to perform all activities in a manner which meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers.

The quality management system is mandatory for all activities performed at VTS, to assure conformance to drawings and contract requirements.
